What services do you provide?

Madi's Craft Corner specializes in customizing cups and apparel. Cups are created by a process called sublimation, and we have a variety of methods for crafting our apparel - puff, better, and best.

What is sublimation?

Sublimation is a method of crafting where the heat activated ink transfers to a product. Products for sublimation must be branded as such - there is a special, clear coating on all sublimation products. Sublimated products have the designs burned into them, instead of a thin layer on top that can be peeled off, such as a decal. Sublimated cups are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

What's the difference between "puff," "better," and "best"?

We have 3 methods of crafting for apparel - puff, better, and best.

Puff apparel uses a textured, 3D vinyl. These are single color designs that will stand out and give your apparel that special look!

Better uses a single color, durable vinyl to bring your designs to life. The better method is recommended for special event apparel, with lower quantity washes, and for a quicker turn-around time.

Best is a full color method that lasts over 60 washes! We recommend the best method for small business merchandise, high frequency wear, and designs requiring more than 1 color.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We offer wholesale discounts at varying quantities for different products. Please inquire to see if you qualify for a wholesale discount.

Do you ship products?

Yes, we ship all across the United States!

How do I pay for my order?

Payments will be taken online through a custom link from the Madi's Craft Corner website. 

Do you accept returns?

We are unable to accept returns of products. If you product was defective or received faulty, we are more than happy to remake the product for you.
